So, it’s my birthday today. I don’t plan on doing anything, but my mother wants me to go out to lunch with her. We’re going to an Italian place. Maybe I’ll talk her into going to dinner instead of lunch, because I’m not a huge fan of the restaurant’s lunch dishes. What else am I doing for my birthday? Working. Glee for me!

What would be absolutely wonderful is if there were a bunny waiting for me when I get home to blow and screw my brains out. Le sigh. That leaves me with just..playing MAG and Star Ocean. Not bad alternatives, but definitely huge steps down from the whole getting worn out by some really awesome bunny. It’s a sad state of affairs, I gotta tell ya.

And for what you’re really looking for:

Perfect, little further out, I'd had to muss your make up?

A lot of people say they don’t like the silly faces. I rather adore the silly faces. Not everything has to be super sexy or super sensuous. Playful is good! Just like one shouldn’t freak out if there is laughter and play time in the bedroom (or elevator/car/back of theatre/locked bathroom at a party/park bench/err other places you’re screwing).

I was supposed to post this a long time ago, but I couldn’t find a good picture and then I ended up going to bed because I have to work tonight. Yah, on my birthday. Gleeful!

Finished off my first run through of Heavy Rain officially yesterday. That was pretty fantastic. This game has all the elements of a pretty decent movie if one were so inclined to film it. I’m a big fan of Madison Paige in this game. A strong and sexy character, if not sometimes a little overzealous. Maybe that was my playing of her though. :-) I think I may have put too much of my own decision making under the given circumstances to the characters. A lot less caution, more “fear is temporary, the goal is more important and we must reach it no matter the cost”. I’m going to put much more thought into how I view each of the character’s personalities so that the story plays out differently. I enjoyed the ending I got though, which is really the goal of all games right, to enjoy the ending?

I had been looking forward to this game for such a long time that I was almost prepared for a colossal let down, as has happened in the past; however, I was totally surprised. The entire game is freakin’ awesome. I hope QuanticDream puts out a lot more on this franchise through DLC, or creates a few more games in a similar vein.

I think I need to see a doctor. I’ve got this whole motion sickness thing that’s been going on for like two weeks now. Sometimes it’s okay, but most of the time I feel pretty unwell when I track items with my eyes or if I move a little too quickly from one direction to the other. It’s really freakin’ unpleasant. I’m sure it’s something stupid.

I was chastised about my penchant for Asian chicks. In fact, I was told not too long ago that my penchant for Asian chicks was a bad thing. Holy crap whiskey-tango-foxtrot?? Certain phrases were used such as: school boy looking, formless, flat as a board.

Really?

Hmmm...less cloth, more on your hands.

I had carrot juice for breakfast. Fantastic!

I know, my little cherubs, that you like to think that the companies you search with and use for IM protocols aren’t out to get you; however, you’d be wrong. I know, I know! It’s hard to imagine that a company that gives you a free IM client and provides mostly free searching ability wants something from you or wants to sell your information. That’s why I linked this article! Well, that’s why I’m about to link the article.

Someone is going to say it’s for our protection. Right, and that protection comes with a price tag and profit. Please behold the glory of what companies that are providing your communications do with your data:

It is _so_ important that you use crypto tools. Encrypt your shit. If you don’t know how, ask me. I’ll point you in the right direction. It doesn’t matter if you “have nothing to hide.” It doesn’t matter. What matters is protecting what you have so that spying becomes too much of a nuisance to bother doing it anymore. You’re not necessarily doing it for you, that’s really a side benefit, you’re doing it for your fellow man that may be too ignorant to bother but shouldn’t have his/her rights violated just because he/she doesn’t know any better.

I’m just sayin’.

On that note:

So like, umm, what time is it. I don't really care, but I'm intrigued.

I’m sure most of you (or some of you, or the one of you that read this?) have seen the trailer to Avatar. Not the Avatar which I will not be seeing (Avatar: The Last Airbender), but just plain old Avatar. It’s a James Cameron film, and to me it’s got “Native American Allegory” all over it. So obviously I have to see it. Now, so do you. ^_^

I’ve pretty much gotten my job under control, except for the whole handling the queue thing. Some days it’s just fine, and on other days it just puts the beat down on me. I really much prefer doing tickets to working the queue. Hopefully that aspect improves in the next few months.

Another random tidbit of information, everyone and their mother (but not Grant) either e-mailed me or sent me a text with “Happy Thanksgiving!” It’s like my family and friends don’t even know me lol. I don’t celebrate holidays that hold in high esteem the subsequent killing of Native Americans, I am Native American. Criminy. Anyhow, I got an awesome card from Grant hehe and it made me happy.
